Parent / Guardian Testimonials

Receiving feedback like this makes us love what we do even more!

Thanks to Gina’s guidance, my kids saw a significant improvement in their understanding and confidence. They went from struggling with English to enjoying their homework and looking forward to every class with Gina. The acquired knowledge of working with books, scientific texts, and on writing assignments helps them at school every day. Moreover, learned concepts of the English Language Arts allow children to develop their skills in other foreign languages more effectively. My kids gained more confidence in their abilities working with Gina.

What truly sets Gina apart is her ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way. She didn't just give them answers; she taught them how to approach problems and think critically. For example, she creates learning paths proficiently and establishes productive communication with students, making sure all explanations are clear and processed in full. She has a structured approach to presenting materials and takes into account the personalities and needs of students. This approach truly helped them grasp the material and build confidence.

I highly recommend Gina as an exceptional tutor! From the very first session, she created such a supportive and engaging learning environment. My kids were struggling with English Language Arts, and Gina quickly identified their weak areas and developed a personalized approach that made a huge difference.

If you’re looking for a tutor who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your success, look no further than Gina. She exceeded all my expectations, and I'm incredibly grateful for her help! Gina, thank you so much for your patience and help!

Frequently Asked Questions

Please read our registration and workshop policies carefully. We hope your questions are answered. If not, please contact us before registering.

  • Refund/Withdrawal Policy

If you withdraw from a class before the second class Zoom, your registration fee, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded in full within five business days via the same method used for your original payment.

  • Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel a class by the Friday before the workshop start date if we do not reach our minimum enrollment for that class as noted in the class description. Upon cancellation, your tuition will be refunded in full within five business days via the same method used for your original payment.

  • Are Zoom sessions recorded?

When registering your child to a workshop, each parent or guardian will be asked for consent to have the sessions recorded. Even though your child may not be seen or heard in the recording, we require permission from all participants in order to record the sessions. If everyone consents, sessions will be recorded and only participants will have access to them for six months after the workshop ends.

  • Attending via Zoom

A Zoom link that will be used for all sessions of your child’s class will be provided prior to the first class. To ensure that only students are in the Zoom, the name that appears on your child’s screen must match the name on the registration. (We can help with this if you’d like.)

  • How is payment made?

Payments are made by credit or debit card and processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details. By paying you are agreeing to both our and Stripe Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.  Once payment is made, you will receive an email receipt automatically sent by Stripe.

  • Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a sibling discount and friends discount.

    Sibling Discount:

    2 siblings: 20% off

    3 siblings: 25% off

    Friend Discount:

    20% off for each.

Simply add friend’s email when registering and they will receive a specific link to register with discount applied. Note that they need to use that link and not register on the same page as you did.

If you are registering 2 or 3 siblings, then only sibling discount will be applied to you (20% or 25%) and your friend still gets 20% off for one student registration.

If you struggle to pay, but would still like your child to participate, please contact us.

  • Can all my children attend the Zoom if only one is registered?

No, registration is not for a household. Only the registered child can attend the Zoom. For the best experience, the maximum number of participants includes only those registered for the class.

  • Can I switch to a different session after I register?

If there is space in a workshop offered on the date you request, we will accommodate your request.

  • What materials are included?

Materials provided and suggested are listed in the course descriptions.

  • How will my child access the materials?

We will email workbooks in PDF form to the email address provided at registration.
